Yoga retreats can be a life-changing journey, providing a rich book of memories for a lifetime. My retreats tend to come in two varieties. The first is the Pure Rejuvenation Retreat where the yoga, food, and location combine to renew, restore, and rejuvenate the participant. These retreats often include laying in a hammock and swimming in the ocean, along with a combination of active and therapeutic yoga. The second is the Inner Journey Retreat where the focus is on deep personal development. The yoga is combined with other modalities to help the participant dive into the pertinent issues affecting their lives.

I often have the pleasure of working with other teachers whom I admire and respect. For 2008, I am lucky to be teaching retreats with Nancy Causey of Millbrook, New York, and Heather Tiddens of Santa Barbara.
